Labor-negotiation update

AGC of Washington remains in labor negotiations with three of the five basic construction crafts in advance of the May 31, 2018 expiration of the current master labor agreements. AGC continues to be a good faith bargaining partner in all discussions.

AGC will remain at the bargaining table with the intent of reaching a resolution. The Washington and Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers has a ratified agreement which will be updated on the AGC website shortly. The Cement Masons Local 528 will be voting the current tentative agreement in early June.

As a reminder, the current wage/fringe package applies until the new contracts are ratified. We will continue to provide updates on the AGC of Washington website.
