Strike/Dual Gate Resources

Dual-Gate System Packet
This packet defines the procedure under the National Labor Relations Act which isolates a disputing union and employer, thereby allowing other neutral contractors to continue working. AGC of Washington members may purchase printed dual-gate signs, as well as a guide for procedures on establishing a dual-gate system, for $20 plus tax for the pair at the Seattle AGC office -- 1200 Westlake Ave. N., Suite 301.
