State of Washington requests participants in disparity study
The State of Washington is conducting a disparity study to evaluate whether minority-, women- and veteran-owned firms have equal access to compete for State contracting opportunities, and to evaluate any barriers to State contracting.
The State is requesting the participation of business owners to discuss their experiences with doing business with the State of Washington. These interviews are part of the Disparity Study the state is conducting to examine its contracting practices and to determine if minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses have access to full and fair opportunities for state contracts and subcontracts.

Sessions will be held April through August 2018 in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellingham, Spokane, Vancouver and the Tri-Cities, and will last approximately two hours.
