2015 AGC Group Retro refunds announced

In events held recently around the state AGC of Washington Group Retro members celebrated another outstanding year of performance both in workers compensation refunds as well as lower company experience modification rates (EMRs).

“We continue to recognize our members for both their efforts in improving their EMR as well as their refund performance in Retro” said Lauren Gubbe Director of AGC Retro. “It is so impressive to see more than half of our members earning premium refunds of 40-45% percent while 90 percent of them are now paying lower than average premium rates into the system to offset losses. This kind of performance is due to our members’ concentrated efforts to create a culture of safety among all employees as well as to offer light-duty accommodation to people injured on the job.”
