PW# 2012-020A Landsburg Facilities & Chlorination GC/CM Preconstruction & Construction Services.

The project delivery method for the Project is General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) as defined in Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.10.340 -.410. The GC/CM will work with SPU and the Designer (KPG) to provide constructability reviews and develop site-specific work plans.

The estimated range of construction cost is $5M-6M.
