Join us for the second annual Celebration of Women in Construction, recognizing the amazing women shaping construction, both today and into the future!
Hosted by AGCW, NAWIC Pacific NW Region and presented by Dawson Construction, this event shines a spotlight on the resilience, talent and innovation that women bring to a traditionally male-dominated industry. AGCW welcomes both members and non-members to this celebration!

This inspiring evening will kick off with keynote speaker Rebecca Murray, sponsored by RAM Construction, as she addresses a world where women's voices are often undervalued. Rebecca will show attendees how to own their voice and shape how others perceive their confidence and authority. Attendees will walk away empowered to elevate their voice and amplify their impact.
Then an engaging panel discussion featuring inspiring women leaders from all corners of the construction world—tradeswomen, engineers, project managers and executives—sharing their career journeys, insights and triumphs. Connect with peers over delicious appetizers and drinks while building a supportive network that champions inclusion in construction.
This event, open to both women and men, will provide an engaging panel discussion featuring women who are building their careers in construction as well as respective leaders in a variety of roles in the industry. They will share their insights, experiences and successes/challenges (both professional and personal) through their career journey, which we expect will inspire more women to consider construction as a career path. The evening will provide networking and sharing opportunities to help develop a supportive community that champions equality and encourages more women to pursue construction careers. Appetizers and drinks will be served.
Don’t miss the silent auction, benefiting scholarships for women pursuing construction trades at Bellingham Technical College Foundation. Together, let’s celebrate trailblazing women and pave the way for an even brighter future in construction.
