Webinar: What contractors need to know about new change-order legislation
Add to CalendarThe Washington State Legislature recently passed a bill (SSB 6192) that makes significant changes to change-order laws. AGC members are invited to join us for this May 8 webinar to get the latest info on this bill and its impacts to our industry.
The bill applies change-order requirements, currently applied to public works, to private construction as well. It also adds specialty contractors and suppliers to change-order laws.
In this webinar, Brett Hill of Ahlers Cressman & Sleight will describe the changes and discuss what general contractors, specialty contractors and suppliers need to do to be in compliance. AGC members may register via this page for the webinar, or email AGC’s Michele Willms.
